Sorry this is late, we have both been so busy this past week. We got to see our baby this week!!!! It was the most amazing moment for Zach and I. The picture shows the baby's leg and foot, the belly(where you see body), and their little head- you can see the outline of the top/side of their face! The other little bubble looking thing is not another baby but the amniotic sac where the baby gets their nutrients- this will go away as the baby continues to grow. We did not get to hear the heartbeat but we did see it- it was a strong 164 beats per minute. We are so anxious to see more of our little one and cannot wait to meet him/her:) This week our baby has been changing like crazy. He/she is now the size of a green olive and no longer an embryo but a fetus!! The facial features are becoming more distinct and toes are formed.Up until this point the baby's eyes were uncovered but now the eyelids are covering most of the eye. The arms and legs are getting longer and the baby is moving more- I still cannot not feel it though.
